Is My Pillow Too High or Too Low?
Five quick questions about how you sleep and how your neck feels in the morning. We'll estimate whether your pillow height is likely too high, too low, or close — and explain why. It's a comfort check, not a diagnosis: it can't identify injuries or conditions, and it can't be certain.

How the check works
A pillow's job is to fill the gap between your head and the mattress so your neck continues the line of your spine. Too much height pushes the head forward or away from the mattress; too little lets it drop or tilt back. We look for clues that point one way or the other — where you feel strain, how your head sits, whether you add height by hand, and what happened when you changed height. Mixed clues give an inconclusive result rather than a forced answer.
