Two angles, one cushion
The Flip Ramp exists because the most common complaint about fixed wedges is that the angle suits one person and not the other. Turning it over changes the working height, so a couple with different heights or different mobility can each get a usable position from the same purchase.
That is a real advantage over buying two cushions, but it is worth being clear about the limits: you are choosing between two presets, not adjusting a slope. Switching means getting up and flipping it.
Where it sits in the line
Price-wise it lands between the Ramp and the Wedge Ramp Combo, and size-wise it is smaller than either. That makes it the pragmatic pick for smaller bedrooms where the Ramp would dominate the floor and the Combo would need a dedicated corner.
Construction is the same story as everything else Liberator makes: dense foam core, moisture-resistant liner, removable washable microvelvet. The materials are not the differentiator here — the geometry is.
Who should skip it
If you only need a few inches of hip lift, the Wedge does that for less than half the price and stores under a bed. If you need support along the whole torso for longer sessions, the full Ramp is the better shape. The Flip Ramp earns its place specifically when 'we need two different heights' is the problem you are solving.

Does it slide on a mattress?
It is a single dense piece rather than stacked cushions, which removes the main cause of sliding. On very slick sheets any foam shape can move — placing it over a folded sheet or blanket helps.
Is it firm enough for heavier users?
It uses the same high-density foam as the rest of the line, which is chosen specifically because it does not collapse under body weight. Broader users who have found narrow cushions unstable should still consider the X-Wide shapes in the Wedge and Combo range.
