Ramp geometry does a different job
A wedge changes the angle of the pelvis. A ramp supports the length of the torso, which is why people who complain of neck strain, shoulder fatigue, or lower-back ache after propping themselves on bed pillows tend to be happier with a ramp than with a taller wedge.
The Plus delivers that support with the Pivot line's hardware attached, which is its whole reason for existing next to the Liberator Ramp.
Where the money goes
At $219.99 you are paying roughly Liberator Ramp money plus a premium for the anchor loops and accessory ecosystem. If those are irrelevant to you, the premium is wasted.
As with the smaller Pivot, Sportsheets does not publish dimensions, and we have not measured one. Buy where you can return it and check the incline against your own mobility rather than assuming ramp equals comfortable.

The bottom line
If you already know you want a ramp and you also want restraint anchors, this is the one piece that does both. Compared with the Liberator Ramp it is dearer and less pleasant to the touch, but the four loops and accessory system have no equivalent on the Liberator side. Buyers who only want support should take the cheaper Liberator Ramp; buyers who want a small, storable cushion should not be looking at this shape at all.

Care and cleaning
- Remove and machine wash the cover cool; air dry so the hook-and-loop surface survives.
- Do not wet the foam core — a ramp of this size takes days to dry through and can mildew.
- Check all four webbing loops before using them under load, and retire the function at the first sign of fraying.
- Store it upright against a wall or in a closet rather than flat under weight, which flattens the leading edge.
