Sportsheets does not publish height, length, and depth for the foam Positioner the way it does for the inflatable version. If a specific lift is critical, the inflatable's stated 8 x 24 x 16 inches is a safer reference point.
What is the hook-and-loop cover for?
It lets the Pivot Play-Pad and Connection Kit attach to the cushion. If you never buy those, it is just a slightly scratchy cover.
Can you use the loops for restraints?
That is their stated purpose. They are webbing sewn into the cover, so inspect the stitching regularly and stop using them if it frays.
Is the cover comfortable?
It is a technical polyester — durable and washable rather than soft. Many owners put a sheet or towel over it.
