Casper Backrest Pillow Review

Casper describes the Backrest as keeping you aligned 'wherever you unwind' — reading in bed, lounging, even video calls. The upright profile supports the lower and mid back in a way a pile of sleeping pillows never quite manages, because the fill does not migrate away from the lumbar zone.

Traditional husband pillows add arms and a taller back; the Casper is a cleaner, armless wedge-like form that stores more easily and looks less like dorm furniture. If you want arms and maximum upper-body wrap, the Husband Pillow or Linenspa reading pillow give you more structure for less money. If you want something that looks considered in an adult bedroom, the Casper is the nicer object.

It should not replace your bed pillow at night, and it is too upright for sleep. Some buyers use backrests for mild elevation with reflux symptoms, but a purpose-built wedge pillow is the right tool for that job.
