The CBD Pillow is a ventilated solid memory foam pillow with a cover whose fibres are micro-encapsulated with CBD oil. Movement and body heat break the capsules and release small amounts onto your skin. That is the hook, and it is worth being clear-eyed about it: the CBD here is a topical skin-contact ingredient, not a sleep drug, and we didn't measure any effect on sleep that we could separate from the pillow itself.
Fortunately the pillow underneath is decent. The foam is dense, ventilated with through-holes, and holds a consistent medium loft — which is the part that actually changes how you sleep.

Firmness and feel
It is a solid block, so it behaves like one: slow to respond, supportive, and it holds an impression for a few seconds after you move. The loft reads medium and stayed consistent through three weeks, which is the main advantage of solid foam over shredded fill.
There is a mild new-foam smell for the first two or three days. Air it out of the bag before the first night.
Support by sleep position
Back sleepers get the most out of it — the medium loft supports the cervical curve without pushing the chin forward. Side sleepers with average shoulders are fine; broad-shouldered side sleepers will want more height than the fixed loft can give.
Stomach sleepers should look elsewhere. There is no way to reduce a solid foam block's height.
Cooling performance
The through-ventilation is meaningful. Solid memory foam usually traps heat badly, but the channels let some of it escape and the knit cover is not a barrier. It measured cooler than a plain foam block in our six-hour surface temperature check, though it still lags shredded latex and buckwheat.
About the CBD cover
The cover carries CBD in micro-capsules that break with movement, so the dose is small, topical, and diminishes with washing. We treat it the way we treat copper or aloe infusions: a cosmetic feature that may feel nice on the skin, not a sleep aid, and not a reason to overlook loft or firmness. If the CBD element is the sole appeal, your money will do more in a foam pillow that fits your position properly.
