The zippered inner sleeve is the whole point: take foam out until the pillow matches your frame and position, and the remainder stays put better than in non-gusseted shredded pillows. That makes the Puffy genuinely workable for stomach, back, and side sleeping in a single product — the height question moves from the checkout page to your bedroom, which is where it belongs.

A 365-night trial and lifetime warranty on a pillow are exceptional; most rivals offer 30–100 nights and 1–5 years of coverage. Those policies are a big part of what justifies a price that sits above the Coop Original Adjustable, which offers broadly similar construction with a lower sticker and a 100-night trial.

The bamboo-blend cover breathes and wicks reasonably, but shredded memory foam retains heat and this pillow has no gel, phase-change fabric, or ventilated core. Average-temperature sleepers will be fine; serious hot sleepers should look at a latex or dedicated cooling pillow instead.

Combination sleepers and anyone who wants to tune pillow height at home, especially if the lifetime warranty and year-long trial appeal.

Hot sleepers needing real cooling tech and shoppers watching price — the Coop Original is the better value.
