ProLo vs ProHi
The two profiles are the whole fit decision. ProLo suits most back sleepers and smaller-framed side sleepers; ProHi fills the shoulder gap for average-to-broad side sleepers. Because the foam barely compresses under a head's weight, erring low is usually safer than erring high.
The dense-foam trade-off
Dense TEMPUR material is excellent at pressure relief and terrible at airflow. If you sleep warm, the Breeze line adds cooling materials to the same basic concept; if you sleep neutral, the Adapt's contouring is the draw.
