The Eden is Coop's answer to the single biggest complaint about its own bestseller: the Original sleeps warm. Same adjustable system, same two-zipper construction, same bag of spare fill — but the shredded memory foam is gel-infused, and the pillow is built with cooling as the headline feature.
Everything that makes the Original a safe recommendation carries over. You add or remove fill until your head, neck and spine line up, which means you don't have to guess your loft before you buy.

Firmness and feel
Out of the bag the Eden is tall and dense, like every Coop pillow. Most owners settle after pulling one to two handfuls. At full fill it's medium-firm; take out about 20% and it reads medium with genuine give.
The gel infusion doesn't change the mechanical feel much — this still behaves like shredded memory foam, with the slightly clumpy character that comes with the construction and a ten-second morning fluff to reset it.
Cooling performance
This is why the Eden exists. Gel-infused foam plus the Lulltra cover moves heat away faster than the Original does, and the shredded structure keeps air channels open. It is still foam, so it will not feel as cool as latex or buckwheat, but for hot sleepers who specifically want an adjustable pillow it is the sensible pick in Coop's line.
Support by sleep position
Side sleepers keep most of the fill; back sleepers should remove roughly a third so the chin isn't pushed toward the chest; stomach sleepers need to strip it well down. Because the fill is adjustable in both directions, combination sleepers who change position through the night have the easiest time here.
Materials and certifications
Coop states the Eden's foams are CertiPUR-US certified and that the pillow carries GREENGUARD Gold, meaning it has been tested for low chemical emissions. That matters if off-gassing smell is a sticking point — there is still a mild foam scent for the first day or two.
Adjustability
Two zippers: one on the outer cover, one on the inner liner, plus a resealable bag of spare fill so you can go up as well as down. Adjust in small amounts and give each change two nights before deciding.
Durability and care
Coop backs the pillow with a 5-year warranty and a 100-night guarantee. As with the Original, expect to top up fill after a couple of years of nightly use; Coop sells replacement fill separately.
