The Easy Breather is Nest Bedding's answer to the adjustable shredded-foam pillow, and it competes directly with Coop's Original. The formula is the same in outline — a zippered cover over a bag of shredded memory foam you can remove or top up — but Nest sells it in more shapes than almost anyone else: Standard/Queen, King, a Side Sleeper cut, and a Jr. size for children.
That range is the reason to look at it. If the standard rectangle has never quite fitted your shoulder or your child's smaller frame, the same adjustable fill is available in a shape that does.

How the adjustment works
The pillow arrives overfilled on purpose. You unzip the cover, pull handfuls of shredded foam out into a bag, and re-zip until your head sits level with your spine. Removing fill is easy; the fiddly part is judging how much, which usually takes two or three nights of small changes rather than one big one. Keep whatever you take out — loft creeps down as foam compresses over the first year and you will want to add some back.
Shapes and sizes
This is where the Easy Breather separates itself. The Side Sleeper version has a contoured edge designed to sit into the shoulder, the King is wide enough for combination sleepers who roam across the bed, and the Jr. is a genuinely smaller pillow rather than a rebranded standard — useful for a child moving out of a toddler pillow. All of them use the same adjustable fill, so the decision is purely about footprint.
Temperature
Shredded foam breathes better than a solid block because air moves through the gaps between pieces, and the Tencel-blend cover helps with moisture. It is still memory foam, though: this is a neutral-temperature pillow rather than a cooling one. Sleepers who wake up hot on every foam pillow they've owned should look at latex or buckwheat instead.
Trial and warranty
Nest gives the pillow a 30-night trial and a 2-year warranty. That is shorter than Coop's 100 nights and 5 years, which is the clearest point against it in a straight comparison — 30 nights is workable, but adjustable pillows genuinely take a few weeks to dial in.

Final verdict
A strong adjustable pillow whose real advantage is the range of shapes. The short trial and warranty are what keep it a step behind the category leader.
