Firmness and feel
Medium-firm with a slow, controlled sink. The ridges compress maybe a quarter inch under head weight and then hold, which is what makes the cervical shape actually work — a soft contour pillow collapses and stops contouring.
Support by sleep position
Use the taller ridge for side sleeping and the shorter one for back sleeping. In both orientations the valley cradles the head while the ridge supports the cervical curve, and the flat side channels give room for a shoulder.
Stomach sleepers won't get on with it.
Cooling performance
Gel infusion plus a breathable knit cover keeps it noticeably cooler than plain contour foam, though it's not a dedicated cooling pillow. Owner feedback generally describes it as neutral rather than warm through the night.
Materials and construction
Single-piece molded CertiPUR-US foam with clean contour lines and no glued seams to fail. The cover zips off easily and has held its shape through repeated washes.
Adjustability
