Four profiles, not four adjustment settings
Profile selection happens before purchase. The product is not a loose-fill design, so choosing a numbered height is not the same as being able to fine-tune it at home. Use the manufacturer’s fit guidance and review return terms before choosing.
Moisture management is not a cooling test
The cover and mesh describe a moisture-management and airflow approach. We have not measured overnight temperatures or compared Balance against other pillows in a controlled test. It should not be described as our cooling champion.
