Talalay latex is the airier of the two latex manufacturing processes: the mould is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, which gives a more open, consistent cell structure than Dunlop. Nolah then punches holes through the core and wraps it in a Tencel-blend cover, so there are three separate things helping air move through this pillow.

Talalay versus Dunlop
Both are natural latex; the difference is process. Dunlop settles denser at the bottom of the mould and feels firmer and heavier. Talalay is whipped and flash-frozen, producing a lighter, more uniform, slightly springier foam.
