Nolah lists 5.75-inch and 7-inch profile heights, with different lengths and widths across Queen and King variants. These are advertised dimensions, not Mr. Squish measurements under head pressure. Check all dimensions before choosing a pillowcase or assuming the two Queen versions have the same footprint.

The single-piece core keeps a defined form without handling loose fill. It also limits correction if the selected profile feels wrong. Naturepedic’s adjustable pillow uses loose latex fill instead, so its adjustment method is more relevant than treating every latex pillow as equivalent.

The cover blend and perforated core are documented construction features. They do not supply a temperature difference, cooling duration or controlled comparison with another pillow. Mr. Squish has no completed Nolah overnight temperature test.

Nolah markets High toward side sleepers and Low toward back and stomach sleepers. Treat that as manufacturer guidance, then check your actual setup. A softer mattress and switching positions can change which profile feels comfortable; the label alone does not decide.

Nolah permits machine washing the removed cover on a gentle setting and low tumble drying. The latex insert is spot-clean only. Refit the cover only after both parts are fully dry, and follow any instructions sewn into your selected version.

The current product page says returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, limits accessory returns by product type and describes customer-paid or discounted return labels. Confirm those conditions and the 2-year limited warranty before purchase.
