Firmness and feel
Medium-firm and clearly orthopedic, but softer than a classic contour block. The center well is noticeably plusher than the neck ridge, so the head settles while the neck stays lifted — exactly the geometry you want for cervical support.
Support by sleep position
Side sleepers use the higher outer wings and slide the lower arm into the cut-out, which stops the shoulder-crush problem that ends most side-sleeping attempts on contour pillows.
Back sleepers use the center well; the neck ridge holds the cervical curve without lifting the head. Stomach sleeping isn't workable.
Cooling performance
