Avocado's shredded Green Pillow gets most of the attention, but the Molded Latex Pillow is the more interesting product: a single moulded slab of charcoal-infused latex instead of loose fill, so it holds one shape indefinitely.
That makes it firmer and less forgiving than the adjustable version, and much better suited to people who want a pillow to stop changing under them.

Solid latex versus shredded
Shredded fill lets you set the loft but shifts overnight and needs reshaping. A moulded core does neither — the height you feel on night one is the height you get for years. For neck pain that consistency is usually more valuable than adjustability, because your alignment stops depending on how you last punched the pillow.
Charcoal infusion and temperature
Avocado describes the charcoal-infused core as regulating temperature and controlling odour and moisture. Latex is already among the better-ventilating pillow materials because of its open-cell structure; the infusion is a secondary benefit, not the main reason it sleeps cool.
Fit by position
Avocado designs this for back and side sleepers who want firmer neck support. Stomach sleepers will find it far too tall and too firm, and anyone who likes to fold or bunch a pillow will dislike a solid core on principle.
