Firmness and feel
T&N's adaptive foam sits between memory foam and latex. Press into it and it gives, but it rebounds quickly rather than holding an impression — so you don't get the trapped-in-a-mould sensation that puts some people off memory foam, and turning over doesn't leave you fighting a divot.
Support by sleep position
Back sleepers do best: the loft is moderate, so the head is supported without tilting the chin forward. Combination sleepers benefit from the fast rebound. Side sleepers with average frames can make it work; broad-shouldered side sleepers will find it too low, and there's no way to add height.
Cooling performance
A solid foam core is always going to be the warmest construction, and this one is no exception.
